How big are the images? • Every image is available in four versions (excluding the navigation thumbnails). In the Archives the pop-ups are displayed at 550 to 550 pixels in a separate window. The Full-Screen option provides downloadable versions of size 1024 by 768 pixels for all of the images that début each month. Prints, available for most images, are sold individually at A3 size (see the Prints page). Signed, numbered, limited-edition exhibition-quality photoprints are of different sizes according to the needs of the particular image and are available at prices starting around $12,000.
How can I cancel my membership? Do I need to cancel it? • Memberships for the Archives are renewed automatically every month until you choose to cancel. The Member Gallery is completely refreshed each month so there is a good reason to stay on from month to month if you like the pictures. However, if you must cancel, you need to log in to your PayPal account (because they handle all membership matters for us) and cancel there. Do not write to us as we are not able to access your PayPal Account ourselves to do it for you. If you don't cancel there, your card will be charged again and this will surely make you grumpy.

I subscribed but I did not receive a welcoming e-mail. • Then you must have made a mistake in typing your email address (or perhaps your card was declined?) All new members receive a welcoming email from PayPal.

I am sure that I entered the right access codes but I still can’t get into site. • 95 percent of problems with access codes are because they were incorrectly entered. Please keep in mind that access codes are case-sensitive. Set your security level to medium or lower and enable cookies. Perhaps clear your browser cache or even re-boot your machine. The only real remaining option is that your card payment failed. Please check with PayPal or your bank.
