My password worked recently but today it doesn’t. What should I do? • We have never found a problem with the PayPal system. Please check your typing carefully or go to your account at PayPal and check to see that your card was successfully charged.

I am also a member of the Full-Screen sub-group and I would like to order some of the older sets. Can I order a set of any of the gallery-pages? • We're working on arrangements to make available most of the older pages, at a price of EUR 15 each set. Email us to enquire if we've been able to set this structure in place yet.

I’m an AOL member and I have difficulty accessing the site. • America Online has a proprietary way for its members to access the wider internet. Some members have problems accessing some parts of the net (not just our web site) and this is apparently due, so they tell us, either to incorrect configuration or the use of an outdated version of the AOL browser.

Make sure that the ”use compressed images” option in preferences is not checked. This option can severely reduce image quality. (Or simply use a real web browser and a real internet service provider instead of going through AOL.)

It’s our experience that AOL is very happy to help its members overcome these problems so our advice is always to contact their help desk. Any problems should be resolved quickly and effectively.

Your Full-Screen images are archived. How do I open them? • We prepare the monthly sets of 20 Full-Screen images as zip archives. You almost certainly have a free utility already, that can open them.

Why are there different sizes of images? What’s the Full-Screen option all about? • Everyone likes a fast-loading site. Ours, by definition, is an image-rich site and we must do everything we can to keep file sizes as small as possible, compatible with an enjoyable viewing experience.

The images on display in the Members’ Gallery are presented at 550 pixels by 550 pixels. This display is adequate for most members.

Those who want more can upgrade to the Full-Screen option and they can then download larger versions of the 20 images that début each month on the site. Those pictures are optimized for full-screen viewing and not compressed to any great degree. File sizes are bigger and download times are longer but still ok for members with a fast connection. The images are crisp at all screen resolutions and will satisfy the most demanding on-screen viewer.

For the serious collector there are even more options. Exhibition prints and posters are generally available (at prices that reflect David's stature in the marketplace.) Email us to enquire.
