David and the Hamilton team take your online privacy very seriously. Therefore, unless you explicitly ask otherwise, or we explicitly state otherwise, any data that we collect about you or your use of the site remains strictly confidential.

Why do we collect ANY data on our users? Like many web sites, we occasionally collect non-personally identifiable information about our users to analyze our traffic patterns. Also, clearly, we must collect some personal information in order to process the membership applications and credit card charges.

In this statement, we let you know all of the ways that we collect data on our users, and how we use that data. If you have any questions or concerns, please Email us

When you click the "Join" button, you will be presented with a Terms and Conditions file that summarizes and, in some cases, supplements, the information of this page. You will be asked to read those notes before joining.

When you go to almost any web site, web servers log your interaction with the site in something called a log file. Standard log files contain basic information like what time which pages were viewed, and the IP address of the visitor. If we collect that data, which we currently do not, we will use the information to analyze trends, administer the site, track movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We will make no effort to identify IP addresses or individual users.

If we share log file information with David or anyone else, we do it only in the aggregate. For example, “Our average user looks at x number of pages on each visit.” or “this is the busiest time of the week for those pages”.

Our web server’s log files, if any, will not be configured to collect data about any identifiable visitor. In other words, we could never tell who accessed our site or what the visiting patterns are of any member.
The site is pay-to-view so, if we accept credit cards for membership purposes, PayPal on our behalf will need to ask you for your credit card details and some other basic information. Inevitably, your credit card company will be given details of the charge but they will not know what you are paying to view.

No information collected on the Join page is shared with anyone else. We have never been asked by a law enforcement authority or anyone else to provide personal data about our membership and we cannot see any reason why we ever would be. We would not voluntarily share any information but we would hand over any data that a competent court of law ordered us to.

Note we are based in a jurisdiction where this site is unquestionably 100% legal and there is absolutely no concern that a court or anyone else would ever have the slightest interest in us, our site or our members.
